How to Use Dog Essentials Online Shop

To purchase goods through the Dog Essentials Online shop just simply have a look through our range of products and select what you wish to buy, this will automatically be added to your shopping cart, you do NOT have to register with us to shop.

If you have registered previously with us please login as it is easier for you and your details are remembered and filled in for you!

When you have finished shopping simply click the checkout button and follow the steps. Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, if will be notified every step of the way – when the goods are dispatched and an approximate ETA, if there is anything on back-order.

IF YOU ARE A WHOLSALE CUSTOMER

If you have not registered as a wholesale customer or are awaiting approval (approx. 24hrs) then please feel free to order and when your order is processed in our main system we shall alter costing to wholesale and send you a notification of the new amount. If you have an ONLINE WHOLESALE account please login and you shall be able to see wholesale pricing.

PAYMENTS

Payments accepted are:

Cheque or Money Order – We shall email you with a confirmed balance. Please make cheques/money orders payable to – Dog Essentials. Include your name and order number. When the cheque/money order is cleared we shall send your goods immediately and notify you the goods are on the way.

Direct Deposit – Bank details will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Please include either your name or order number as reference.

Credit Cards - via Paypal or you can phone in the details. Please note we are happy for you to ask us to call you for credit card details.

Cash on Pick-Up – If you opted to pick-up you can pay (cash, cheque or eftpos/credit card)

Account – This is for wholesale / trade only Trade / wholesale customers have the ability to use a 7 day account if APPROVED. If you already have a 7 day account with us already this will automatically be applied to your online registration, you can order through the Online shop and choose to pay by account, when we process the order through our main system your details will automatically register you account.

SHIPPING

Shipping or freight is always the dreaded “extra” that we all have to face. To make it easier for you we have given you many options, the online shop automatically works out freight for your goods – by Australia Post. For large bulky and oversized items (this will be noted on the item page) we shall do an individual freight quote for you and we will let you know the freight amount and await your final approval.

Shipping Options include:

-Pick-Up at Shailer Park Showroom (we shall notify you when the goods are ready for pick-up_

-Pick-Up at Durack Showgrounds (we shall notify you when we are next at Durack for the collection)

-Australia Post (automatically calculated by website – except for large, bulky or oversized items)

-Own Courier (we shall notify you when the goods are ready for pick-up)

-Please re-assess my freight (if you feel the freight is too high choose this and we shall re-asses the quoted freight)

*If you are purchasing large, bulky or oversized items then we shall do individual freight quotes.
